    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an injectable lurasidone suspension and a preparation method thereof, and in particular to an irregular form of a lurasidone solid and a pharmaceutical composition thereof. The present disclosure also relates to a preparation method for the solid and the pharmaceutical composition thereof, and an application thereof in the treatment of mental diseases. According to the present disclosure, the lurasidone solid prepared has controllable particle size and has Dv5O particle size of 6 ?m to 110 ?m. The good particle size stability can also he maintained in the pharmaceutical composition. The lurasidone suspension preparation obtained by the method is fast-acting, has a long sustained release period, and can effectively reduce the risk caused by poor patient compliance.

In the present disclosure, a swallowed magnetic dressing is controlled by an external magnetic field, and the magnetic dressing is moved to a pathological position by changing a direction of the external magnetic field; after the external magnetic field is removed, the magnetic dressing changes from a ring to a sheet, thereby completing attachment of an entire lesion surface to complete treatment by autonomous drug release.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of vinyl-terminated siloxane. R2R3Si(OR4)2, R12(CH2?CH)SiOSi(CH?CH2)R12, an organic acid and a catalyst are added into a reaction bottle according to the molar ratio of 1:1-1.5:1-2.5:0.005-0.01, wherein R1 is alkyl, R2 and R3 are alkyl, aryl or substituted alkyl, substituted aryl identically and differently, and R4 is alkyl, heating is performed to 50-80° C. while stirring, the stirring reaction is performed at the temperature for 5-30 min, then a dehydrating agent is added, and the reaction is continuously performed for 2-5 h at the temperature of 50-80° C.; and the temperature is reduced to room temperature after the end of reaction, and then dilution, washing with water to neutral, collection of an organic phase, drying, filtering, concentration, reduced pressure distillation and collection of a fraction at corresponding pressure and temperature are sequentially performed so as to obtain a vinyl-terminated siloxane compound product.

    Abstract: A method, system, and computer readable storage medium are provided for performing a centralized search to locate information having a common context in an enterprise. Such search can be provided by defining a logical object that groups customer profile and related objects such as contacts, leads, opportunities, notes, interactions, and the like for a search in a customer context. A customer identifier can serve as a key to link the related objects. A keyword search of a logical group is also provided that allows for a single unified search across customers and related objects, or to search within a single customer and related objects. One aspect of the logical group keyword search provides for refining the search to show a subset of objects and to use filtering of object attributes. Search results indicate the customer context by highlighting the customer name in the result.
