Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and system for generating a patient-specific content to a patient undergoing medical procedure. The system and the method of the present disclosure receives data related to the patient from various input sources, e.g. care-givers, the patient or data of medical attributes of the patient fed directly by monitoring or diagnostic devices, etc. The system stores a plurality of prior-prepared and existing media files, e.g. video or audio files, each of which may be related to a specific patient health parameter, condition or intended medical procedure or treatment that patient is or will undergo. Based on the specific input data of a patient, the system generates a patient-specific media content, or also can be referred to as personalized content objects (PCOs), that is constituted from at least two of said media files.

Abstract: A method for constructing a database, comprises permitting a plurality of users to enter individual-associated data bits (IDBs) into a computerized system, each of the IDBs comprising at least one personal identifier relating to the user and relationship data comprising data on one or more related individuals and the nature of relationship; and processing the entered IDBs to generate an individual-identifier data set (IDS), one for each identified individual, being either one of the users or one of the related individuals and construct a database comprising IDSs of identified individuals.

Abstract: A method and system are presented for merging a first family tree to a second family tree. The method comprises: providing a plurality of first matrices associated with the first family tree and a plurality of second matrices associated with the second family tree, each matrix comprising attributes on individuals that are linked to one another by a predetermined link; identifying substantially identical first and second matrices in said pluralities of first and second matrices; and generating data indicative of a merge of the family trees to one another if a number of the substantially identical matrices exceeds a predefined number.

Abstract: A method and system are presented for providing communication between users over a communication network. A database is provided which comprises verified data relating to identity of a plurality of individuals. The database is accessible through the network. The verified data allows for authenticating the identity of the individuals. One or more levels of permitted communications between individuals in said database and the user are defined on the basis of said verification.

This allows collection of data comprising the one or more selected parameters or conditions and delivery of at least part of the collected data to one or more users, and enables applying data from the verified database to provide personalized medicine service to at least one of the identified individuals.

Abstract: A system and method are presented for identifying a suitable tissue donor for an intended tissue recipient. A database of individuals is provided that comprises, for each individual, genetic data parameters comprising hereditary parameters that play a role in tissue-typing for matching between donor and recipient and comprises genealogical data for a plurality of individuals including at least some of said individuals for whom the genetic data is provided in the database. A recipient tissue type (RTT) is determined for the intended tissue recipient. The database is searched for one or more individuals that have a degree of similarity to the RTT that satisfy predetermined criteria to thereby identify one or more pivot individuals. A search is conducted for a target group of target individuals that includes the pivot individuals and individuals that are genetically related to the pivot individuals, and output data indicative of search results is generated.
