    Abstract: A single-cylinder single-claw double-card punching machine, including an air cylinder; the working end face of the air cylinder is connected to a connecting frame; a gantry moving frame is disposed in the middle of the lower part of the connecting frame in an interleaved manner; a piston rob of the air cylinder passes through the connecting frame to connect with the gantry moving frame; both sides of the connecting frame are provided with snap action moving device; a retaining clamp and a folding clamp are disposed at the bottom of the connecting frame; and a card-pushing sheet and a cutter are disposed under the gantry moving frame. The card punching speed of the single-cylinder single-claw double-card pneumatic punching machine is as high as 166 times per minute, with high efficiency and energy savings.

    Abstract: Substrate processing including correction for deposition location is described, including a combinatorial processing chamber that incorporates the correction. The combinatorial processing chamber can be used to process multiple regions of a substrate using different processing parameters on different regions. For example, one region can have one material deposited on it and another region can have a different material deposited on it, although other combinations and variations are possible. The combinatorial processing chamber uses a rotating and revolving substrate pedestal to be able to deposit on all locations or positions on a substrate. The combinatorial processing chamber uses a correction factor that accounts for variations in alignment and/or configuration of the processing chamber so that the actual location of deposition of a region is approximately the same as a desired location of deposition.

    Abstract: A method for making a composite of cobalt oxide is disclosed. An aluminum nitrate solution is provided. Lithium cobalt oxide particles are introduced into the aluminum nitrate solution. A phosphate solution is added into the mixture to react with the aluminum nitrate solution and form an aluminum phosphate layer on surfaces of the lithium cobalt oxide particles. The lithium cobalt oxide particles with the aluminum phosphate layer formed on the surfaces thereof are heat treated to form a lithium cobalt oxide composite. The lithium cobalt oxide composite is electrochemical lithium-deintercalated at a voltage of Vx, wherein 4.5V<Vx?5V to form a cobalt oxide. The present disclosure also relates to a cobalt oxide and a composite of cobalt oxide.
