  • Patent number: 12156167
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for positioning. A receiver receives complementary timing information associated with the positioning reference signals (PRS) of a repetition of a PRS sequence. The complementary timing information distinguishes a repetition of a PRS sequence from remaining repetitions of the PRS sequence. Based on the complementary timing information associated with different PRS from different non-terrestrial vehicles indicating that the PRS were transmitted during the same radio frame, the receiver can determine an observed time difference of arrival (OTDOA) between the PRS received from the respective non-terrestrial vehicles.

  • Patent number: 12155591
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may determine a set of resources available for transmission of one or more reference signals (e.g., one or more PRSs) in a shared radio frequency spectrum band (e.g., an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band) in a time interval for sidelink positioning. The UE may transmit, in a second radio frequency spectrum, a control message reserving the set of resources for the UE to transmit the one or more reference signals in the time interval for sidelink positioning. The UE may transmit the one or more reference signals on the set of resources based on transmitting the control message reserving the set of resources.

  • Patent number: 12153114
Abstract: A method for 3D oscillating-gradient prepared gradient spin-echo imaging and a device. The imaging method comprises the following steps: first, using a global saturation module to destroy previous residual transverse magnetization; second, embedding a pair of trapezoidal cosine oscillating gradients into a 90°x-180°y-90°?x radiofrequency pulse by a diffusion encoding module, to separate diffusion encoding from signal acquisition; then, using a fat saturation module to suppress a fat signal; finally, acquiring a signal by means of gradient spin-echo readout, and correcting phase errors among multiple excitations by multiplexed sensitivity-encoding reconstruction. Compared with a 2D plane echo-based oscillating gradient diffusion sequence used on a 3T clinical system, a 3D oscillating-gradient prepared gradient spin-echo sequence effectively reduces the imaging time, improves the signal to noise ratio, and is beneficial to clinical transformation of time-dependent diffusion MRI technology.

  • Patent number: 12150010
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for prioritization of sidelink-based positioning transmissions. A first UE may receive a request to initiate a sidelink positioning session with a second UE for which a sidelink positioning transmission will overlap in a time domain with communication between the first UE and a base station over a Uu access link. The first UE may transmit the sidelink positioning transmission if a first priority level of the sidelink positioning transmission is higher than a second priority level of the communication over the Uu access link. The first UE may adjust transmission of the sidelink positioning transmission if the first priority level of the sidelink positioning transmission is not higher than the second priority level of the communication over the Uu access link.

  • Patent number: 12141203
Abstract: Systems, methods, and software described herein provide enhancements for managing permissions in a shared graph. In one implementation, a graph management system identifies a request to classify a first subgraph in the graph for access by a tenant of a plurality of tenants, wherein the request indicates one or more vertex types and/or one or more edge types for the first subgraph. The graph management system further identifies one or more vertices and/or one or more edges in the graph that qualify for the first subgraph based on the indicated one or more vertex types and/or one or more edge types, and allocates permissions to at least one user associated with the tenant to access the first subgraph.

  • Patent number: 12120507
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A target user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a session key from an initiator UE in a sidelink communications system, from a network entity (e.g., a base station), or the like. In some cases, the target UE may also receive an indication of a nonce in a message of a PRS procedure. The target UE may select a positioning reference signal (PRS) sequence for the PRS procedure using the session key and optionally the nonce, such as by using a defined function at the target UE with the session key and the nonce as an input. Once the target UE selects the PRS sequence, the target UE may encode the PRS sequence and may transmit the PRS sequence to the initiator UE.

  • Patent number: 12117537
Abstract: Satellites in a non-terrestrial network may provide positioning reference signals (PRS) to user equipment (UE), with which the UE may determine its position using propagation delay difference measurements, such as Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) measurement. Due to the large distances between satellites and the UE, the propagation delay differences in the PRS received from satellites may exceed half a radio frame, resulting in a frame level timing ambiguity in the differential measurements. The satellites transmit secondary PRS, along with primary PRS, that include timing information to resolve frame level timing ambiguity of the primary PRS. The positioning occasions in the secondary PRS, for example, may be aligned with corresponding positioning occasions primary PRS within each radio frame, and are transmitted with a periodicity that is an integer multiple (greater than 1) of that of the primary PRS to resolve the frame level timing ambiguity of the primary PRS.
