    Abstract: A cleaner apparatus for a sewage treatment tank has a rotatable arm which passes over the surface of the liquid in the tank. Articulated arms carrying scrubbing members are attached to the rotatable arm and biased to maintain the scrubbing members in contact with the surfaces to be cleaned. A fluid conduit means having a plurality of spray nozzles is carried by the arm, and the nozzles are positioned to direct a liquid spray on the surfaces to be cleaned.
