    Abstract: A Streptococcus suis (S. suis) vaccine is provided. For the S. suis vaccine, an antigen is a protein with an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. A preparation method of the S. suis vaccine is provided, including the following steps: mixing a white oil and aluminum stearate to obtain a white oil adjuvant; adding poly sorbate 80 to an aqueous solution of the protein with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and thoroughly mixing to obtain an antigen solution; and mixing the antigen solution with the white oil adjuvant according to a volume ratio of (0.5-1.5):2, and emulsifying to obtain the S. suis vaccine. An animal immunized with the S. suis vaccine of the present disclosure can effectively resist the attack of S. suis serotype 2, 3, and 31, with a vaccine protection rate as high as 100%.

    Abstract: A vision inspection system includes a sorting platform having an upper surface supporting parts for inspection. An inspection station is positioned adjacent the sorting platform including an imaging device to image the parts in a field of view. A vision inspection controller receives images from the imaging device. The vision inspection controller includes an image histogram tool to pre-process the images to improve contrast of the images by redistributing lightness values of the images based on adaptive histogram equalization processing to generate enhanced images. The vision inspection controller processes the enhanced images based on an image analysis model to determine inspection results for each of the parts. The vision inspection controller has an artificial intelligence learning module operated to customize and configure the image analysis model based on the enhanced images.

    Abstract: An organic industrial tailwater treatment method based on simultaneous combination of ozonation and biodegradation (SCOB), includes: placing a sponge carrier that is internally attached and grown with a biofilm in a recycle reactor; introducing air into an ozone generator to generate ozone; and introducing the ozone into the recycle reactor; where the ozone output of the recycle reactor is adjusted through a flow meter and an ozone generator adjustment knob, the sponge carrier is uniformly fluidized under the action of the ozone, and microorganisms loaded on the sponge carrier cooperate with the ozone to degrade pollutants. Easily degradable organic substances produced from the ozonation of the present disclosure can be quickly utilized by the microorganisms in the internal pores of the composite carrier, which improves the degradation and mineralization efficiency of pollutants.
