    Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to a support device configured to provide tissue support, during implant-based breast surgery. Embodiments described herein include a matrix sheet disposed in a foldable sheet including one or more templates including at least one of a partial support template and a full support template. The partial support template is configured for use in shaping the matrix sheet into a support device for partial coverage for a breast prosthesis. The full support template is configured for use in shaping the matrix sheet into a support device for full coverage for a breast prosthesis. In some embodiments, the support device is a bioabsorbable mesh substrate, a bioabsorbable polymer coating, and one or more active pharmaceutical agents for delivery at the surgical site. The support device may be provided in various shapes for coverage of the breast prosthesis or provided with templates for various coverage of the breast prosthesis.
