    Abstract: A fastening support includes a generally «C»-shaped annular body having two free ends which can be spaced apart to position the annular body around the item and a tab for fastening to the mounting point of an outer member. Furthermore, in accordance with the invention, the annular body includes, on an inner face, a plurality of retaining notches capable of cooperating with the tubular item such that the annular body is adapted to perform an incremental rotation from one notch to the other under the effect of a mechanical bias in rotation, between first and second angular positions for temporary immobilization in rotation by the retaining notches.
