Patent number: 11805752Abstract: A pet crate having a top, a bottom, and a cage between the top and bottom. The cage can be engaged to and disengaged from each of the top and bottom. When engaged to the top and bottom, or when disengaged from either one or both of the top and bottom, the cage is endless and can safely hold a pet therein. When disengaged from the top and bottom, the cage is foldable into a closed, endless and flat configuration such that the cage can be stored between the top and bottom such that the crate as a whole in such stored configuration is generally flat. When disengaged from the top and bottom, the cage is foldable out into a fence configuration by disconnecting two ends of the cage.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2022Date of Patent: November 7, 2023Assignee: Carlson Pet Products, Inc.Inventors: Mark A. Publication number: 20090108648Abstract: An exercise device adapted for use with a chair includes a handle arm mounted to an armrest portion by a first connector including a first axis and a second axis disposed substantially orthogonal to the first axis. A resistance element is used with a first end attached to the armrest portion by a second connecter including a third axis and a fourth axis disposed substantially orthogonal to the third axis and a second end attached to the handle arm by a third connector including a fifth axis and a sixth axis disposed substantially perpendicular to the fifth axis. A foot frame is included with at least one frame band receiver, the foot frame being mounted to the base portion. A foot support is moveably mounted to the foot frame and includes at least one support band receiver. A resistance band is adapted to be received by the frame band receiver and the support band receiver to provide resistance to displacement by the user.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 29, 2007Publication date: April 30, 2009Applicant: NSEC CorporationInventors: Kevin D. Patent number: 6955539Abstract: An oral hygiene device is disclosed having at least two motors to simultaneously vibrate and impart motion upon the head portion of the oral hygiene device, most beneficially at the tip. A first motor is positioned in the handle portion of the device to impart a first frequency of movement to the tip. A second motor is located in a head portion, generally in a shaft of or an oral hygiene attachment to the device, to impart at least a second frequency of movement onto the tip. When both the first and second motors are activated, the resulting movement of the tip of the device may include complex, substantially random movements, depending in part on the frequencies at which the motors are operating.Type: GrantFiled: January 10, 2003Date of Patent: October 18, 2005Assignee: Water Pik, Inc.Inventors: Robert A. Shortt, Kenneth A. Hair, Kurt M. Taylor, Danial E. Julian

Publication number: 20030031979Abstract: An oral hygiene device (2) is disclosed having at least two motors (30, 36) to simultaneously vibrate and impart motion upon the head portion of the oral hygiene device (2), most beneficially at the tip (12). A first motor (30) is positioned in the handle housing (3) of the device (2) to impart a first frequency of movement to the tip (12). A second motor (36) is located in a head portion, generally in a shaft (8) of or an oral hygiene attachment to the device (2), to impart at least a second frequency of movement onto the tip (12). When both the first and second motors (30, 36) are activated, the resulting movement of the tip (12) of the device (2) may include complex, substantially random movements, depending in part on the frequencies at which the motors (30, 36) are operating.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 12, 2002Publication date: February 13, 2003Applicant: Water Pik, Inc.Inventors: Robert A. Patent number: 6419312Abstract: A tray apparatus for a high chair wherein the tray apparatus includes a tray that is incrementally slideable to a multiple number of positions. The sliding is controlled by a hand operated knob disposed on an outer edge of the tray, a location of convenience for the caregiver. The inner sliding mechanism includes a hand operated screw having threads that engage a thread receptor in a base on which the tray slides. The tray and base are further engaged via guide portions that frictionally engage each other to minimize a free sliding of the tray and base relative to each other and maximize a controlled sliding, via the hand operated screw, of the base and tray relative to each other. The guide portions guide the sliding of the base and tray relative to each other and further lock the tray and base relative to each other. The tray and base are unlocked relative to each other by resiliently drawing one of the guide portions away from the other of the guide portions.Type: GrantFiled: October 27, 2000Date of Patent: July 16, 2002Assignee: Regalo International, LLCInventors: Mark A.
