  • Patent number: 11835524
Abstract: A method assessing tissue morphology using machine learning includes a step of training a machine learnable device to predict the status of a diagnostic feature in stained tissue samples. The machine learnable device is trained with a characterized set of digital images of stained tissue samples. Each digital image of the characterized set has a known status for the diagnostic feature and an extracted feature map provides values for a extracted feature over an associated 2-dimensional grid of spatial locations. A step of inputting the set of extracted feature maps is inputted into the machine learnable device to form associations therein between the set of extracted feature maps to and the known status for the diagnostic feature to form a trained machine learnable device. The status for the diagnostic feature of a stained tissue sample of unknown status for the diagnostic feature is predicted from the trained machine learnable device.

  • Patent number: 11823261
Abstract: A process orchestration and dynamic data acquisition system may allow process flows to be flexible and to customer or product requirements based on rules obtained from a rule management system. The process orchestrator may be driven based on an updatable and dynamic set of business rules to allow for quick changes to the process flow. Through the business rules the process orchestrator retrieves and processes data necessary to the process based on a customer request and/or product or service provided. The process orchestrator provides dynamic data aggregation from both internal and external data sources, through calling re-useable processes instantiated by the process host system and continuously adapts the process flow to meet the unique needs of each request input and results returned from each dynamic process call.

  • Patent number: 11802349
Abstract: Embodiments described herein include a method for depositing a material layer on a substrate while controlling a bow of the substrate and a surface roughness of the material layer. A bias applied to the substrate while the material layer is deposited is adjusted to control the bow of the substrate. A bombardment process is performed on the material layer to improve the surface roughness of the material layer. The bias and bombardment process improve a uniformity of the material layer and reduce an occurrence of the material layer cracking due to the bow of the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20230328309
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed herein for automatically indicating, during display of video of an event, actions in event that could satisfy side-game scoring scenarios. This may be accomplished by a media application that generates a live video of an event and retrieves data relating to a current status of a side-game in which a user is participating. The media application determines that a next play of the event could affect an outcome of the side-game and, in response, determines a particular action within the event that could affect the outcome of the side-game. The media application generates for display, within the video, an overlay on top of a playing space of the event, the overlay indicating where the particular action would need to occur to affect the outcome of the side-game.
