  • Patent number: 11887953
Abstract: A package for power electronics includes a power substrate, a number of power semiconductor die, and a Kelvin connection contact. Each one of the power semiconductor die are on the power substrate and include a first power switching pad, a second power switching pad, a control pad, a semiconductor structure, and a Kelvin connection pad. The semiconductor structure is between the first power switching pad, the second power switching pad, and the control pad, and is configured such that a resistance of a power switching path between the first power switching pad and the second power switching pad is based on a control signal provided at the control pad. The Kelvin connection pad is coupled to the power switching path. The Kelvin connection contact is coupled to the Kelvin connection pad of each one of the power semiconductor die via a Kelvin conductive trace on the power substrate.

  • Patent number: 11874751
Abstract: In an approach, a primary data center is provided including primary source and primary target database systems, where a function is activated causing the primary target database system to: include a copy of data and receive analysis queries from the primary source database system; and execute the analysis queries on data. A processor, in response to detecting a failure in the primary source database system: offloads queries intended for the primary source database system to a secondary source database system of a secondary data center also including a secondary target database system and a copy of data, where the function is deactivated. A processor, responsive to the primary target database system being available: receives analysis queries, processed by the secondary source database system, of the offloaded queries; and copies data to the secondary target database system. A processor causes the function to be activated in the secondary data center.

  • Publication number: 20230399220
Abstract: A hand-held beverage dispenser includes a handle body, within which multiple valve units are contained. Two sets of fluid flow paths are provided into the handle body. The sets of fluid flow paths are mutually exclusive one to the other. Each flow path of the first set is in fluid communication with each valve unit, whereas only a predetermined one of the second set of fluid flow paths is in fluid communication with each valve unit. Each valve unit includes a flow control valve and a selector valve. The selector valve determines on an ad hoc basis which of the first set of flow paths will be utilized at any given time, while the flow control valve provides single action simultaneous ON-OFF control of fluid flows through both the selected flow path and the predetermined flow path. A failsafe ensures correct operation of the selector valve of each valve unit.

  • Patent number: 11843704
Abstract: The present application relates to ensuring data consistency between a modular device and an external system. Techniques are described for ensuring data consistency between devices at a control device using configuration signatures. A control device can receive and store a baseline configuration signature for a first modular device. Upon initialization of the first modular device, the control device can receive a current configuration signature from the first modular device. The control device can compare the current configuration signature with the baseline configuration signature and, if a mismatch is found, generate a notification indicating that data subsequently received from the first modular device is of uncertain integrity.

  • Publication number: 20230385214
Abstract: A microcontroller system that includes a central processing unit (CPU), a first system memory, a first peripheral module, and a DMA controller is disclosed. The DMA controller includes a DMA processor, a DMA memory, and a DMA interconnect. The DMA memory stores information associated with the DMA processor. The DMA processor receives a command from the CPU or a signal from a peripheral processor of the first peripheral module that a first data transfer is requested. The DMA processor receives first data from the first system memory or the first peripheral module. The DMA processor, based at least in part on the information stored in the DMA memory, transmits the first data to the first peripheral module or the first system memory, thereby sparing the CPU from managing the transferring of the first data.

  • Patent number: 11805974
Abstract: Transducer-based systems can be configured to display a graphical representation of a transducer-based device, the graphical representation including graphical elements corresponding to transducers of the transducer-based device, and also including between graphical elements respectively associated with a set of the transducers and respectively associated with a region of space between the transducers of the transducer-based device. Selection of graphical elements and/or between graphical elements can cause activation of the set of transducers associated with the selected elements. Selection of a plurality of graphical elements and/or between graphical elements can cause visual display of a corresponding activation path in the graphical representation. Visual characteristics of graphical elements and between graphical elements can change based on an activation-status of the corresponding transducers.

  • Publication number: 20230346468
Abstract: At least a first transducer set of a transducer-based device may be activated to deliver a first high voltage pulse set to cause pulsed field ablation of tissue. A data set may be monitored, the data set indicative of separation between a second transducer set of the transducer-based device and a tissue surface in a bodily cavity. Depending on a degree of separation, indicated by the data set, between the second transducer set and the tissue surface, a quality of a lesion producible in the tissue by the first high voltage pulse set may be determined. At least in response to the determination of the quality of the lesion producible in the tissue by the first high voltage pulse set, display of a graphical element set may be caused to indicate the determined quality of the lesion.

  • Publication number: 20230331531
Abstract: A valve arrangement establishes passage from a dedicated beverage product flow path to the valve arrangement to a dedicated beverage product flow path from the valve arrangement. The valve arrangement further establishes passage into the valve arrangement of a user selectable one of a plurality of diluent flow paths, while blocking passage into the valve arrangement of each of the plurality of diluent flow paths other than the one of the plurality of diluent flow paths. The valve arrangement still further establishes passage from the one of the plurality of diluent flow paths to the fixed diluent flow path from the valve body. The valve arrangement establishes passage into the valve arrangement of a user selectable one of the plurality of diluent flow paths functionally independent of establishing passage to the fixed diluent flow path of the one of the plurality of diluent flow paths.

  • Publication number: 20230325404
Abstract: A method for executing a query on a target database against the most recent source data is disclosed. The method comprises maintaining linked—i.e., at least partially synchronized—databases comprising a source and a target database. The method comprises receiving a direct query against a table in the target database, the query comprising a request for using the most recent source data and requesting by the target database from the source database a status about latest data regarding the table. Upon the status indicating that data in the table do not correspond to the most recent data, the method comprises waiting up to a predefined time period for the most recent data of the table to be synchronized from the source database to the target database, and upon the data of the table not being synchronized within the predefined time period, the method comprises issuing a timeout signal.
