  • Patent number: 10498683
Abstract: A processor may determine a message type of a message of a message set and extract strings from the message based upon the message type, each string associated with a field type within the message type. The processor may write one of the strings to a string table, when not already stored in the string table, and add an offset position of the string in the string table to a column list for the field type associated with the string, when not already stored in the column list. There may be different column lists for different field types. The processor may populate an entry of a data table corresponding to the message and to the field type associated with the string with an index of the offset position within the column list, and store a compressed version of the message set including the string table, column lists, and data table.

  • Patent number: 8838745
Abstract: Systems, methods and machine-readable mediums for interfacing a plurality of service providers to address at least one service issue are provided. The systems may include a storage device and a processor. The storage device may store service provider data and service request data for a plurality of service providers. The service request data identifies at least one service issue with one or more of the plurality of service providers. The processor may be programmed to receive the service provider data from a plurality of service provider terminals, receive the service request data from at least one remote terminal, store the service provider data and the service request data in the storage device, and facilitate communication between the first service provider terminal and the customer terminal to address the at least one service issue. The computer readable mediums provide instructions to cause the processor to perform the operations above.

  • Publication number: 20110141914
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing Ethernet service circuit management are disclosed. A system includes a network and a root cause analysis system (RCAS). Device, link, and network topologies are developed for all devices in the network and are stored at a desired data storage location. When an alarm is received by the RCAS, the RCAS retrieves the device, link, and network topologies, and performs a root cause analysis based upon the topologies and one or more rules. Depending upon the outcome of the root cause analysis, some alarms may be consolidated, suppressed, and/or reported to the appropriate network personnel.
