    Abstract: A subsea electronic device (1) including a housing (2), a chassis (3) within the housing (2) to which one or more electronic cards (4) are mounted and heat transfer sections (5) in thermal contact with the electronic cards (4). The heat transfer sections (5) is in interference fit with an inner surface of the housing (2) thereby to transfer, in use, heat from the electronic cards (4) through the heat transfer sections (5) to the housing (2). There is also a subsea electronic device housing (2) and a method of assembling a subsea electronic device (1).
