Patent number: 11961096Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are described for determining compliance with a plurality of restrictions associated with one or more devices in an organization. First text indicating restrictions may be received, and second text indicating a current configuration of one or more devices may be received. Both sets of text may be processed by, e.g., removing a portion of the text based on a predetermined list of terms and simplifying the text using a lemmatization algorithm. A first vector and second vector may be generated based on the processed sets of text, and each vector may be weighted based on an inverse frequency of words in their respective text. Each vector may be normalized based on semantic analysis. The two vectors may be compared. Based on the comparison, third text corresponding to a portion of the second vector may be generated and transmitted to a third computing device.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2023Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: David Spencer Warren, Daniel Lantz, Ricky Su, Shannon Hsu, Scott Anderson

Patent number: 11935342Abstract: Activation of an automatic driving feature in a vehicle is detected by evaluating sequential vehicle operation data against subtractive and additive heuristic rules that define a likelihood of an automatic driving feature having been engaged as a function of vehicle performance. The sequential vehicle operation data, which does not include an explicit indication of whether the automatic driving feature was engaged, is provided for time intervals of a trip made by the vehicle. Automatic driving information is generated, which provides an indication of whether the automatic driving feature was engaged during a subset of the time intervals.Type: GrantFiled: May 13, 2022Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: Avinew, Inc.Inventors: William Anderson Barnes, Randall C. Patent number: 11754222Abstract: An accessory device is provided with one or more physical interlocks for mating with a slot provided along an accessory mounting track, or alternatively, with discrete physical mating interlocking features provided along an accessory mounting track, such as along opposing sides of the slot. In this way, the accessory device can be mounted along the slot in a lengthwise direction of the accessory mounting track or perpendicularly or transversely to the lengthwise direction of the accessory mounting track. When mounting in a lengthwise direction of the accessory mounting track, the accessory device is prevented from moving along the accessory mounting track when sufficient frictional forces are applied. When mounting perpendicularly or transversely to the lengthwise direction of the accessory mounting track, the interlocks mate with the interlocking features to prevent movement of the accessory device along the accessory mounting track.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2022Date of Patent: September 12, 2023Assignee: YakAttack, LLCInventors: Daniel Anderson Newman, Luther Cifers
