  • Patent number: 12647287
Abstract: Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) can be generated and stored on a digital ledger for use in controlling ownership of well log data in some examples described herein. In one such example, a system can encrypt well log data to generate encrypted well-log data. The system can then generate a new record that associates a non-fungible token with the encrypted well-log data, where the non-fungible token is usable to track ownership of the well log data. The system can then publish the new record to a digital ledger that is distributed among a plurality of computer nodes of a ledger network. The new record can be published to the digital ledger in response to at least a subset of the computer nodes reaching a consensus decision to add the new record to the digital ledger.

  • Publication number: 20250307353
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for validating well system measurements. Sample datasets for a plurality of measurement channels of a first channel set are obtained from one or more well devices of a well system. A comparison operation is performed of a first sample dataset associated with a first sample unit of measure of a first measurement channel of a first channel set with historical datasets of one or more historical units of measure of one or more matched historical measurement channels. A frequency of occurrence operation is performed for the first sample unit of measure and the one or more historical units of measure across the plurality of measurement channels of the first channel set. A validation process is performed based on the comparison operation or the frequency of occurrence operation, or both the comparison operation and the frequency of occurrence operation.

  • Publication number: 20250198275
Abstract: A system and method for modifying operation of a drilling platform controller. A prompt generator receives drilling operations data relevant to drilling platform controller operation, wherein the drilling operations data includes current drilling parameters of a selected drilling platform controller. The prompt generator generates a prompt for recommended changes in operation of the selected drilling platform controller and applies the prompt to a large language model (LLM) trained with drilling operations domain knowledge. The LLM generates a recommendation for one or more changes in operation of the selected drilling platform controller. Feedback on efficacy of the recommendation is received from the selected drilling platform controller and is used to modify operation of the prompt generator.

  • Patent number: 12130934
Abstract: Some examples described herein relate to generating a non-fungible token on a distributed ledger, where the non-fungible token represents a machine-learning model for use in performing hydrocarbon extraction operations. The non-fungible token can also include one or more identifiers of one or more training datasets used to train the machine-learning model.

  • Patent number: 12091957
Abstract: Real-time data from one or more sensors can be received about one or more active wellbore operations. A blended data set can be generated that includes the real-time data combined with historical data about previously completed wellbore drilling operations, and associated with performance attributes. Additionally, identification of a criteria of focus, types of parameters for optimization, and operation groupings for the blended data set can be received. Further, the criteria of focus, types of parameters for optimization and operation groupings for the data can be applied to the blended data set to determine an adjustment for an active wellbore drilling operation of interest. The adjustment for the active wellbore drilling operation of interest can be outputted.
