    Abstract: Provided herein are methods of non-invasive prenatal testing to distinguish between meiotic- and mitotic-origin aneuploidies in certain embodiments. Related systems and computer program products are also provided. In some embodiments, it includes methods for distinguishing between meiotic- and mitotic-origin aneuploidies of a subject, such as an in utero fetus, using non-invasive prenatal genetic testing. In some embodiments, it includes a computational statistical method of distinguishing between meiotic- and mitotic-origin aneuploidies of a subject.
