The protection element is movable relative to the fastening element between a first position wherein the protection element covers at least partially the electrical connection component and the electrically conductive component is in electrical contact with the electrical conductive portion and is electrically connected to the grounding component through the electrically conductive portion. In a second position, the electrically conductive component is electrically insulated from the electrical connection conductive portion and from the grounding component.
