The user status among the multiple user statuses includes active and inactive, indicating whether the user is an active member of the telecommunication network or has left the network. The system provides the historical information to an AI model, and obtains from the AI model a priority associated with the issue experienced by the user. The system causes a resolution of the issue based on the priority.

Based on the geographical location of the UE, the wireless capability of the UE, and the layer selection message, the system can determine a cell to which to connect the UE.

    Abstract: A method and system for detecting one or more living beings in a vehicle. An indication that the engine is off is received via on on-board diagnostics (OBD) device. Whether a first living being is in the front seat area is determined, and whether a second living being is in the back seat area is determined. In response to a determination that a first living being is not in the front seat area and a second living being is in the back seat area, a first temperature reading for a first temperature inside the vehicle is received and a second temperature reading for a second temperature outside the vehicle is received. A delta between the first temperature and the second temperature is computed. If the delta is less than a first threshold, then an alert is sent via the OBD device to a computing device associated with a user.

The dataset may be populated by local network operators in or near the emergency zone. The core network may consult the dataset prior to enforcing contractual terms for data rate throttling or re-prioritization to determine if the subscriber is in a designated emergency zone. If so, the core network may suspend the enforcement of data throttling or lowering priority so that subscribers in the emergency zone receive full access to the communication network. The dataset may include an expiration time or be on a timer so that the local network operators may be required to re-enroll the one or more cell sites as being in an emergency zone.
