  • Patent number: 11805900
Abstract: A vacuum drawer device includes a drawer movable linearly in a drawer movement direction and having a drawer interior to be closed by an air-tight cover in a controlled manner by an electric lift. The cover thereby runs perpendicularly to the drawer movement direction in a lifting movement along a lifting direction. The cover has an air channel leading into the cover interior, and operatively connected to electric evacuation element such that when the cover is in place, air can be pumped out of the drawer interior through the air channel. A seal lining is arranged on the drawer walls of the drawer on the cover side to run over the entire inner periphery of the drawer such that the cover rests on the seal lining when the vacuum drawer device or the drawer is in a closed position to allow evacuation of the drawer interior.

  • Publication number: 20230072610
Abstract: To configure existing drawers as evacuable drawers of a vacuum drawer device, a cover for installation in the drawer body can be used. The cover evacuates at the drawer interior with an evacuation system, so that the interior is evacuated when the drawer is closed and ventilated before the drawer is opened. The cover is airtight, is profiled in such that evacuation with a controller, a pump and a valve are fixedly integrated in at least one recess in the cover and the cover has at least one air channel leading into the inside of the cover or, respectively, into the at least one recess, with the air channel operatively connected to the evacuation system such that when the cover is placed onto the drawer, air from the interior can be pumped out of the interior, the inside of the cover interior or, respectively, the at least one recess through the air duct.

  • Publication number: 20220369811
Abstract: A method for monitoring a drawer interior of a vacuum drawer device when the lid is supported by the drawer airtight and closed, includes: periodic measurement of the relative humidity with a humidity sensor arranged in the path of a dehumidifying channel in the lid or, respectively, the drawer interior; comparison of the measured relative humidity with an upper threshold; and as soon as the measured relative humidity is above the upper threshold, opening the valve and inducting a ventilator arranged in a recess or in the path of a dehumidifying channel in the lid. Fresh air is sucked through an air inlet opening, circulated, and thereafter released again from the dehumidifying channel and the drawer interior communicating therewith, until the relative humidity reaches a lower threshold measured by the humidity sensor. Then the valve is closed, the ventilator is stopped, and the controller switches into the humidity monitoring mode.

  • Publication number: 20220357092
Abstract: A multilayer cover has a sandwich design for placement on a drawer of a vacuum drawer device, and the cover allows an evacuation of the drawer interior after sealing against the drawer. The cover has an outer air-tight cover layer and a core layer, recesses molded into the core layer and partly into one of the at least one outer cover layer, and an evacuation channel, a pump, and at least one sensor are arranged therein. The cover is to have a more compact design with a very low height, resulting in a minimal susceptibility to malfunction. This is achieved in that a printed circuit board is arranged on one of the at least one outer air-tight cover layers so as to face the core layer or the at least one outer air-tight cover layer is designed as a printed circuit board on which the core layer lies and on which the electric components integrated into the cover are mechanically held and are electrically connected.

  • Publication number: 20220295988
Abstract: A vacuum drawer device includes a drawer which can be moved linearly in a drawer movement direction and which comprises at least one drawer interior that can be closed by an air-tight cover in a controlled manner by means of an electric lifting means. The cover thereby runs perpendicularly to the drawer movement direction in a lifting movement along a lifting direction. The cover has at least one air channel which leads into the cover interior, and the air channel is operatively connected to electric evacuation means such that when the cover is in place, air can be pumped out of the at least one drawer interior through the at least one air channel. The evacuation process should be possible regardless of the type of container being used.

  • Publication number: 20220299260
Abstract: The invention relates to a drawer device comprising a drawer body, a drawer which can be moved linearly therein, and a cover which can be moved relative to the drawer and relative to the drawer body in a lifting direction by means of lifting means such that a controlled relative movement of the cover can be carried out in the lifting direction by means of the lifting means and a controller and such that the drawer interior can be evacuated and/or dehumidified after the cover is brought into the closed position, said drawer device allowing a reliable and reproducible movement of the cover in the lifting direction.

  • Publication number: 20180087473
Abstract: A free-piston Stirling cycle engine includes a hermetically sealed pressure housing with a working section and at least one displacement section adjacent to the working section. At least one working piston, which forms part of a linear generator, is movably arranged in the interior of the working section and a regenerator is arranged in the at least one displacement section such that mechanical work can be performed by the working piston when the pressure housing is filled with a working gas and under the influence of a temperature difference between the displacement section with an elevated temperature and the remainder of the pressure housing with a lower temperature and the mechanical work can be converted into electrical energy by the linear generator.
