Abstract: A computer based system for remapping prime class seat bookings is disclosed. The system remaps prime class bookings a floor class, or if the floor class is closed, into a higher, displacement class. Via remapping, airline systems, such as inventory management systems, revenue management systems, and the like, may better account for the true value of prime class bookings.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for treatment and prevention of low back pain. The compositions include vectors comprising nucleotide sequences encoding one or more CRISPR-Cas system guide RNAs and a RNA-directed nuclease. The methods include modulating expression of one or more genes in a cell using said compositions, introducing a CRISPR-Cas system into a cell comprising one or more vectors comprising said compositions, including site-specific DNA cleavage in a cell, and treating a subject having lower back pain, and lower back pain cause by degenerative disc disease using the compositions disclosed herein.

Abstract: Novel compounds and pharmaceutical compositions useful as hypocholesterolemic and hypolipidemic agents are described. More specifically, potent inhibitors of the enzyme 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (“HMG CoA reductase”) are described. Methods of using such compounds and compositions to treat subjects, including humans, suffering from hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), diabetes and osteoporosis are also described.
