  • Publication number: 20240066834
Abstract: A bonded optical assembly comprising infrared-transparent materials. The assembly comprises two or more infrared transparent optical elements and a polymer comprising at least one chalcogenide element and crosslinking moieties between the infrared-transparent optical elements. The crosslinking moieties may be organic, inorganic, or both.

  • Patent number: 7059803
Abstract: A boatlift leg and frame structure utilizing a ball screw lifting mechanism driven by a reversible electric motor to raise and loser a boat support carriage. The raising and lowering operation of the ball screw mechanism is controlled by electronic circuitry that includes wired and remote direction selection; lifting logic with conflict detection and direction reversal delay; lighting control logic; motor power control; and overload detection logic to detect lifting overload and disable power to the motor power control. A drive train mechanism converts high-speed low torque rotation of the motor drive shaft to low-speed high-torque rotation drive of the ball screw. A boatlift leveling mechanism associated with one or more legs of the boatlift includes a ground engaging footpad, an extendible leg, a height adjusting screw mechanism and a height adjusting actuator with mating bevel gears coupled to the height adjusting screw for allowing adjustment through the side of a boatlift leg.

  • Patent number: 5724434
Abstract: A voltage controlled audio attenuator, of particular benefit in audio limiters, is created by configuring a nearly-balanced four-resistor bridge such that at least one of the branch resistors is implemented as a magnetoresistive element, located in a variable magnetic field, typically generated by a coil energized by current from an electronic driver which is made controllable from a DC control voltage, which is thus enabled to control the attenuation of the bridge. A suitable feedback processing circuit, receiving input from the bridge output and producing the DC control voltage in a predetermined dynamic relationship, forms the feedback branch of an automatic loop, thus the voltage-controlled attenuator is utilized as a key element of an audio limiter.

  • Patent number: 4653101
Abstract: An audio reverberator system having a piezoelectric transducer filter circuit for outputting selected audio vibrational frequencies having selected amplitudes responsive to inputs from an amplifier. The audio reverberator system includes a piezoelectric transducer having an intrinsic capacitance coupled to an additional circuit element to form a low-pass type filter circuit for attenuating higher frequency inputs to the transducer to provide a desired flat frequency response for an audio vibrational output to vibrate a reverberation plate for production of a desired audio output.
