    Abstract: Syringe carriers for medicament delivery devices are described where a medicament delivery device sub-assembly extending along a longitudinal axis from a proximal end to a distal end is described having a tubular housing, a tubular syringe carrier inside the housing and a syringe inside the syringe carrier. The syringe includes a needle shield and a medicament container comprising a shoulder. The housing includes a flexible arm extending in the axial direction relative to the longitudinal axis, the flexible arm having an inwardly extending protrusion arranged in a gap between the shoulder and the needle shield. The syringe carrier has a proximal portion and a distal portion, and the proximal portion is arranged adjacent to the flexible arm of the housing so that movement of the flexible arm of the housing in a radial direction relative to the longitudinal axis is restricted by the proximal portion of the syringe carrier.

A first resilient member is arranged inside the plunger rod to exert a force in the proximal direction. A signal generating member is arranged to partially surround the plunger rod such that movement of the signal generating member distally hits the inner distal surface generating an audible signal.
