  • Publication number: 20260158219
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power pack for a medicament delivery device is, including a tubular body having an inner tubular section, and a plunger rod and a power spring arranged within the inner tubular section. An extension sleeve forms a telescopic connection with the inner tubular section and has a connector for connecting the extension sleeve to the power spring, such that during at least part of an expansion of the power spring during activation of the device, the connection sleeve moves with the power spring and provides lateral/radial support for a part of the power spring which (due to the expansion of the power spring) increasingly extends out from a proximal end of the inner tubular section.

  • Publication number: 20260158220
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power pack for a medicament delivery device, including a tubular body, a plunger rod, a power spring and a click generator. The click generator includes a flexible arm. The flexible arm at least partially extends radially inwards such that when the power spring expands during activation of the power pack, some coil sections of the power spring and the flexible arm repeatedly collide when the at least some coils move in a proximal direction, causing a repeated bending and release of the flexible arm. A material of the flexible arm has a stiffness high enough such that the repeated colliding of the at least some coil sections and the flexible arm, and/or the repeated bending and release of the flexible arm, generates a plurality of clicking sounds.

  • Publication number: 20260124395
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power pack for a medicament delivery device. The power pack includes a tubular body including a protrusion having a second contact surface, and including a release button having a flexible arm having a first contact surface. The first and second contact surfaces are angled with respect to a lateral axis of the tubular body, such that if the release button is pressed towards a proximal end of the tubular body before the power pack is assembled with a front assembly, the contact surfaces abut and cause a blocking of the release button from moving further towards the proximal end. The blocking includes a pressing of the flexible arm radially outwards towards an inside wall of the tubular body. A corresponding release button, a tubular body and a medicament delivery device are also provided.

  • Patent number: 12527918
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an activation system for a supplemental device that is attached to an existing design of a medicament delivery device, where the removal of a protective cap or other covering from the medicament delivery device pulls a blocking element from between electrical contacts to close a circuit between a battery module and a power source, thus activating the battery module. The supplemental device can further have a transmitter for communicating information about the use of the medicament delivery device to an external device, such as a smart device. Memory storage elements can also be included having unique identification data. The present disclosure also relates to a medicament delivery device having attached the supplemental device.
