  • Patent number: 11471499
Abstract: The present invention provides methods for inducing regression of tumors in human subjects, the methods utilize a modified mesogenic strain of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) with modified F protein cleavage site, which is non-pathogenic to poultry (lentogenic), but exhibits oncolytic properties. The disclosed methods provide safe, effective and reliable means to induce regression of a tumor in an individual in need thereof. These methods overcome the drawbacks of using pathogenic strains of viruses for human therapy.

  • Patent number: 11468078
Abstract: Methods and systems for performing a search over hierarchical data are provided. The method may be performed by a server comprising a processor and memory. The method includes receiving a query string from a user device. The query string is searched for via a tensor search of a graph structure to determine node tensor distance score for each node in the graph structure. The query string is searched for via a fuzzy search of the graph structure to determine node fuzzy distance score for each node in the graph structure. Nodes with relevant scores are determined by updating a Bayesian network representation with evidence based on the node tensor distance scores and the node fuzzy distance scores of each node. Relevant data from the nodes is sent with relevant scores to the user device.

  • Publication number: 20070272887
Abstract: A flushometer for use with urinals or water closets includes a hollow valve body having an inlet, an outlet, and a valve seat therebetween. There is a piston or diaphragm movable in the hollow valve body to a closing position on the valve seat to control flow through the valve. A pressure chamber is above the piston or diaphragm for holding it on the valve seat. The piston or diaphragm includes a plurality of bypass orifices to connect the inlet with the pressure chamber to provide fluid to move the piston or diaphragm to the closing position.
