  • Patent number: 12650393
Abstract: A system and method for projection based spectral X-ray imaging, such as computed tomography (CT) imaging, the system and method comprising performing projection based material decomposition based on spectral X-ray data to generate a set of material basis sinograms, and performing a weighted combination of at least part of at least two material basis sinograms of the set of material basis sinograms into a reconstructed image based on material weighting in the projection domain.

  • Publication number: 20100104663
Abstract: The present invention relates to a rehydration composition intended for the preparation of a solution by reconstitution in water, preferably slightly mineralized water. According to the invention, this composition comprises the following constituents in the specific proportions mentioned in claim 1: sodium; potassium; chloride; glucose-providing carbohydrate source; at least one water-soluble amino compound chosen from amino acids, peptides and polypeptides; at least one vitamin chosen from: vitamin C; vitamin B1; vitamin B2; vitamin B3; vitamin B6; vitamin B8; vitamin B9; vitamin B12; said solution having an osmolarity between 150 and 200 mosmol/l. This composition is particularly suitable for the rehydration of elderly people.

  • Patent number: 6625385
Abstract: Frames of image data (FIG. 5) are conformed from source material in response to an edit decision list (FIG. 2). Some of the image data is modified in an on-line environment (FIG. 3) and an output tape is produced including said modified frames. An output edit decision list (FIG. 7) is generated with conventional editing references (SRC, HINT) to the output tape. In addition, reference to the original source material are also included, encoded as comments.
