Abstract: Computer-based systems and methods for sentiment analysis are disclosed, including a computerized system, comprising one or more non-transitory computer readable medium storing computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause one or more processors to: receive digital employee communications; and determine employee sentiment from the digital employee communications by analyzing the digital employee communications utilizing a language model generated by machine learning algorithms.
