The stabilizer pad may further include at least one resilient member including a plate member having one or more mounts. The resilient member may also include one or more resilient pads having longitudinal axes which are parallel to the plate member. The resilient pads may comprise at least one fiber reinforced elastomeric layer. A bottom or second surface of a resilient pad may define a continuous ground contact surface.
