    Abstract: A boot has an upper portion and a sole. The sole has upper and lower surfaces, and provides an electrical path from the upper surface to the lower surface. An insert has an H-shaped portion in electrical communication with the upper surface of the sole and a tail. The tail can be connected to the leg of coveralls. Electric charges can flow between the tail and the boot sole.
