  • Patent number: 12679584
Abstract: A wrapping system includes a frame, a drive roller rotatably coupled to the frame, a conveyor belt, and a roller tray disposed above the conveyor belt downstream from the drive roller. The roller tray includes a bracket pivotally coupled to the frame, one or more bracket rollers rotatably coupled to the bracket, and one or more hold down strips attached to and extending downstream from the bracket. The roller tray and the conveyor belt are configured to direct to a wrap film from the drive roller toward a bale.

  • Publication number: 20260096515
Abstract: A bale wrap monitoring system for an agricultural harvester includes a controller having a processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a sensor signal from a sensor indicative of presence of a bale wrap on a bale of agricultural product, and the sensor is directed toward the bale. Furthermore, the controller is configured to determine the bale wrap is present on the bale based on feedback from the sensor. The controller is also configured to output a bale wrap presence signal in response to determining the bale wrap is present on the bale.

  • Publication number: 20260083065
Abstract: A hydraulic control system for a bale wrap feeding assembly of an agricultural harvester includes a controller configured to control a control valve to move to a first position to enable hydraulic fluid to flow from a source to a first side of a hydraulic motor. Furthermore, the controller, in response to determining a speed of the hydraulic motor is greater than a threshold speed, is configured to control the control valve to move to a second position to enable the hydraulic fluid to flow from a reservoir to the first side of the hydraulic motor and to enable the hydraulic fluid to flow from a second side of the hydraulic motor to a proportional relief valve, and to control the proportional relief valve to control a pressure of the hydraulic fluid flowing from the second side of the hydraulic motor.

  • Publication number: 20250331466
Abstract: A bale wrap assembly management system for an agricultural harvester includes a bale wrap assembly storage compartment having a storage compartment frame and a carriage movably coupled to the storage compartment frame. The carriage is configured to store multiple bale wrap assemblies, and the carriage is configured to move with respect to a vertical axis of the agricultural harvester between a storage position and a delivery position. The bale wrap assembly management system also includes a bale wrap feeding assembly having a feeding assembly frame configured to move with respect to a lateral axis of the agricultural harvester from a feeding position to a loading position. The bale wrap feeding assembly also includes a bale wrap assembly support coupled to the feeding assembly frame and configured to support an active bale wrap assembly of the plurality of bale wrap assemblies.

  • Publication number: 20250331467
Abstract: A bale wrap assembly transport system for an agricultural harvester includes a base configured to couple to a component of the agricultural harvester. The bale wrap assembly transport system also includes an arm assembly slidably coupled to the base and configured to move with respect to a lateral axis of the agricultural harvester between a retracted position and an extended position. Furthermore, the bale wrap assembly transport system includes a clamp assembly configured to selectively couple to a bale wrap assembly, and the bale wrap assembly transport system includes a winch assembly coupled to the arm assembly and to the clamp assembly. The winch assembly is configured to lower the clamp assembly to a first lowered position while the arm assembly is in the extended position to enable the clamp assembly to couple to the bale wrap assembly.

  • Publication number: 20250331465
Abstract: A bale wrap feeding assembly for an agricultural harvester includes a frame configured to move with respect to a lateral axis of the agricultural harvester from a feeding position to a loading position. In addition, the bale wrap feeding assembly includes a fixed feed roller rotatably and non-movably coupled to the frame, and the bale wrap feeding assembly includes a movable feed roller rotatably and movably coupled to the frame. The movable feed roller is movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position relative to the fixed feed roller, the movable feed roller is configured to be positioned proximate to the fixed feed roller while in the engaged position, and the movable feed roller is configured to be positioned remote from the fixed feed roller while in the disengaged position.
