Publication number: 20220135292Abstract: A child resistant pill container includes a base having individual compartments. A lid rotatably fits over the base and has a closed cover defining one open section. A releasable lock arrangement is between the base and the lid. The lid can be rotated relative to the base to position the open section in the lid over one of the individual compartments in the base.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 29, 2021Publication date: May 5, 2022Inventors: Daniel Darst, Jennifer Joy Kallemeyn

Publication number: 20220112010Abstract: A child resistant pill container includes a locking feature, which can be unlocked using a knob. The knob can be a rotatable knob or a slide knob. The knob will be fixed or locked in place until being released/unlocked by squeezing an actuator. The squeeze action allows the knob to move out of its fixed position and move by either rotation or linearly sliding. The motion of the knob moves a lock bar from its locked position to an unlocked position. While the lock bar is in the unlocked position, one or more of the lids can be unlatched and lifted from their closed position to an open position. When the knob is released, a spring action returns the knob back to the fixed (locked) position, moving the lock bar back into the locked position, and any lids still in the closed position are again locked in place.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 7, 2021Publication date: April 14, 2022Inventors: Daniel Darst, Jennifer Joy Kallemeyn

Publication number: 20220079841Abstract: A pill container includes a base with a cavity and a lid movable between a closed position and an open position. The base has an integral spring tab such that when the lid is unlocked from the base, the spring tab pushes against an interior part of the lid to move the lid from the closed position to the open position.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 27, 2021Publication date: March 17, 2022Inventors: Daniel Darst, Randall Wayne Nichols, Betsy Marie Brown, Satu Pauliina Lee

Patent number: 11160727Abstract: A lockable medicine container includes a canister having a closed bottom end, an opposite top end defining an access opening, a surrounding wall between the bottom end and the access opening, and an interior volume within the surrounding wall. A radially inwardly extending ledge protrudes from the surrounding wall along at least a portion of a perimeter of the access opening. A lid is removably covering the access opening on the top end. A locking ring is rotatably and non-removably secured to the lid and is rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The locked position is when the locking ring is engaged with the ledge to prevent removal of the lid from the canister. The unlocked position is when the locking ring is disengaged from the ledge to allow removal of the lid from the canister. A lock member is connected to the locking ring to permit selectively moving the locking ring between the locked position and unlocked position.Type: GrantFiled: April 25, 2019Date of Patent: November 2, 2021Assignee: Apothecary Products, LLCInventors: Daniel Bruce Flygare, Daniel Darst

Publication number: 20160010980Abstract: A laser measurement system operates to measure portions of a vehicle, such as a vehicle frame. The measurements are used, for example, to determine if the portions of the vehicle are bent or damaged. The measurement system includes a laser scanner and at least one target assembly that can be connected to a point of the vehicle. The laser scanner emits a laser beam that is detected by the target. Time and laser position information detected by the target are used to determine the location of the target, as well as the location of the point of the vehicle. The location of the point is then compared to an original location of the point to determine if damage has occurred.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 26, 2015Publication date: January 14, 2016Inventors: Robin L.
