  • Publication number: 20240237152
Abstract: A PTC heating device has a frame surrounding an accommodation space, at least one PTC element accommodated in the accommodation space, and conductor elements, which are connected to the PTC element in an electrically conductive manner and enclose the PTC element between them. Each of the conductor elements is surrounded by a frame segment. The frame segments are welded together to enclose the PTC element in the accommodation space. In the method according to the invention, injection molded plastic frame segments having interacting connection segments are connected to conductor elements. At least one PTC element is then introduced between the frame segments. The frame segments are approached to each other until the connection segments abut against each other. The connection segments are then melted. As a result of this melting, the frame segments are approached further to each other until the conductor elements abut against the PTC element.

  • Publication number: 20240121864
Abstract: A PTC heating device includes a frame and a heating cell accommodated in the frame. The heating cell includes at least one PTC element made of a ceramic material and contact elements to be assigned different polarity. The PTC element has contact surfaces formed by a metallization. The contact elements are each electrically contacted with one of the contact surfaces. An insulating cured compound is arranged between the outer circumference of the heating cell and the inner circumference of the frame and fixes the heating cell in the frame. An edge, formed by the ceramic material of the PTC element, between the compound and the contact surface. Also disclosed is method of forming PTC heating device according in which the PTC element is fixed to the frame by the electrically insulating compound after the compound is cured.

  • Patent number: 8636171
Abstract: A container trapezoidal in shape for carrying liquids and loose materials. The body of container having an open top with opposite front and back side walls, opposite right and left side walls slanting inwards to a closed bottom. Three adjoining side walls having a flange at top rim angling down inside container forming an overhang. The edge of the flange is used to wipe excess liquid off of applicator. This excess paint drips into the container. The container includes a magnet for holding a brush, a convenient pouring spout and supportive handle.
