  • Publication number: 20200249807
Abstract: Various aspects and embodiments are directed to a graphical user interface that organizes interface elements into views of computer content for presentation to a user. Different views of are used to provide an interface that is responsive to configurations of the device and activities performed by the user. Aspects include permitting the user to transition the device from one configuration to another during its use. The elements that comprise the graphical user interface are configured to present a summarized view of available actions and content to simplify user interaction. The different views present different organizations of the interface elements and in some examples display only certain modes of content in order to reduce the number of options a user must navigate. Methods and systems for streamlining user interaction with computer content are also provided. Streamlining includes, for example, pre-configuring a user device based on received information.

  • Publication number: 20200233971
Abstract: A breach detection engine detects and mitigates the effects of breaches across one or more data sources. An index is generated based on one or more data sources and the index is queried using keywords indicative of potential breaches. A database of potential breaches is populated based on the query of the index. The potential breach database is queried using keywords associated with a system identity (e.g., a third party). A likelihood of a candidate breach is identified based on a set of breach criteria weights. A network node associated with a candidate breach determined to be an actual breach is identified for isolation or for the performance of one or more additional security actions.

  • Publication number: 20200234193
Abstract: There is disclosed a computer-implemented cloud computing scoring system. In an embodiment, a parser receives unstructured sentiment data commenting on a scored service. The parser identifies in the unstructured sentiment data a service category of the scored service. The parser selects from the unstructured sentiment data text relating to the service category and matching one or more opinionative words and phrases listed in a keyword dictionary, thereby producing a structured comment associated with the service category. The structured comment is classified as positive or negative according to a list of exemplary sentiment data sets contained in a learning seed file. The exemplary sentiment data sets are manually assigned a positive or a negative polarity. The learning seed file is configured for enhancement by the ongoing addition of structured sentiment data, the structured sentiment data commenting on the scored service and having a polarity classification.

  • Patent number: 10713288
Abstract: A system that generates natural language content. The system generates and maintains a dialogue state representation having a process view, query view, and data view. The three-view dialogue state representation is continuously updated during discourse between an agent and a user, and rules can be automatically generated based on the discourse. Upon a content generation event, an object description can be generated based on the dialogue state representation. A string is then determined from the object description, using a hybrid approach of the automatically generated rules and other rules learned from annotation and other user input. The string is translated to text or speech and output by the agent. The present system also incorporates learning techniques, for example when ranking output and processing annotation templates.
