Abstract: An interactive, computerized system for community planning includes one or more databases storing a computer-generated community plan and supporting data associated with a geographical area. The system includes sensors providing data related to the geographical area, and a feedback module configured to receive feedback from a plurality of persons or entities associated with the geographical area or the community plan. The feedback may comprise social media activity data collected from one or more social media outlets. The system includes a scoring module to determine scores related to criteria associated with the community plan based upon the sensor data and the activity data. The system is configured to utilize the scores in the development, implementation, maintenance, or control of the community plan. The system includes a notification module to transmit or display a notification upon the occurrence of a suggested change to the community plan or a trade specification.

Abstract: In systems and methods for land-use development, planning and management, the creation of an organized environment evolving in time and space is disclosed. The system and method is sustained by a smart infrastructure centrally or de-centrally managed to link, in a given perimeter, on developed or undeveloped sites, private and/or public equipments and deliver services to customers that generate a quality of life based on qualified and quantified parameters. The systems and methods use a definition of services and an open architecture, flexible and scalable to integrate social, economic and technology changes. In one embodiment, a framework is used to propose or offer services.
