  • Patent number: 4855889
Abstract: High-tension generator circuit for a particle detector, having a transformer (8, 9) and a voltage step-up circuit (10). The primary 8 of the transformer is fed by means of a power transistor 7 whose drive transistor 6 is controlled by means of a resistance-capacitance circuit (4, 5). In each conduction period of the primary the secondary brings about a reversal of the polarity of the capacitance.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 12, 1988
Date of Patent: August 8, 1989
    Assignee: Professional General Electronic Products
Inventors: Michele Blanchot, Daniel Dutertre-Laduree, Rein A. Roos
  • Patent number: 4698586
Abstract: The sensor 1 has its point of operation towards the Townsend discharge zone, and the collection of ions causes an increase in the current passing through it. The electrodes of the sensor are formed by wires bent in the shape of an alpha.
