Abstract: In some aspects, the present disclosure provides a nanoparticle composition comprising tRNA and an aminolipid delivery compound. The aminolipid delivery compound may be a dendrimer, dendron, or dendritic lipid, a polymer such as a polyamide or polyester, or a lipid with one or more hydrophobic components. In some embodiments, these compositions may be administered to a patient to treat a genetic disease or disorder such as cystic fibrosis, Duchene muscular dystrophy, or cancer.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method for authenticating calls for a call center where the user can authenticate before or after starting a call to a call center using an application on a user device. The system determines what level of authentication is necessary depending on the task the user wants to accomplish during the call. The system may direct the user to provide credentials, such as a username and password, for some tasks. Other tasks may require the user to verify their financial card by taking a photo of their financial card or tapping their financial card to their device and allow the device to interact with the financial card using NFC technology. Once appropriately authenticated, the system then allows the user to make a call to the call center and also sends a signal to the call center that the user has been previously authenticated.

Abstract: A system and method for advanced digital economization for an HVAC system having an economizer. A digital processing unit is configured to open a damper of an economizer within a dead-band range that allows for preemptive cooling prior to a call for cooling. This economization strategy allows for free cooling (outside air) without having to pay energy costs for cooled (air-conditioned) air. The system and method can be used with or without demand control ventilation (DCV). The method also includes a “self-learning” strategy with outside air and return air sensor to regularly sense past economizer damper modifications and average out recent readings to help set the dead-band range. The method can include the ability to work in conjunction with a variable supply fan speed control, provide fault detection, self-correct, auto-configure, and report system status.
