  • Publication number: 20260306515
Abstract: Freeze-dried, lipid modified, fruit-based edibles in a form that can rapidly melt in the mouth and be absorbed through the oral mucosa of a subject. The composition can preferably include a pleasant tasting fruit puree, at least one nutraceutical, such as A-8-THC and/or CBD extracted from hemp, and an edible oil which can be combined with an edible oil/wax, in which the composition is freeze-dried into a ready to be consumed product form which melts in the mouth. While intended to be pleasant in taste, the inventive pucks or pellets can be stored in child-resistant packaging or containers and are intended to be molded in shapes that appear medicinal in nature, and are not readily identifiable to children as a type of treat, or candy.
