  • Publication number: 20230098997
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor includes a stator main body which supports coils each having two coil ends of a multiphase stator winding. A contact apparatus is disposed on the end face of the stator main body and has an interconnection housing that receives a number of busbars for interconnecting the coils and a number of phase connections. Each phase of the stator winding is formed by at least one of the coils and at least one of the busbars as well as one of the phase connections. The dimensions of the busbars are set in such a way that the electrical resistance of all of the phases of the stator winding is the same. An electric motor having the stator is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11128185
Abstract: An electric machine of a motor vehicle, in particular of an adjustment drive or of a radiator fan, has a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable about a machine axis. The rotor has a number of permanent magnets which are arranged in the radial direction. Each permanent magnet has one side with a strong magnetic flux and one side with a weak magnetic flux in the tangential direction. When the permanent magnets are adjacent in the tangential direction, different sides are directed towards one another.

  • Publication number: 20180269757
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for providing a toothed motor part of an electric motor with a winding using a coil wire with a round wire cross-section, wherein the coil wire is converted into a coil wire with a wire cross-section different from the round wire cross-section in a forming process, and the formed coil wire is wound around the teeth of the motor part to produce a rotating field winding.

  • Patent number: 9831726
Abstract: An electrical machine, in particular an electric motor of a motor vehicle, having a stator and having a rotor which has a rotation axis. In this case, an electrical machine can be a brushless electric motor (DC motor) or a synchronous machine, but also a generator. The stator or the rotor has an electromagnet structure and the other has a permanent-magnet structure which comprises a first quantity of permanent magnets and a second quantity of permanent magnets. At an operating temperature, the magnetic coercive field strength of the first quantity is greater than the magnetic coercive field strength of the second quantity.
