  • Patent number: 11753298
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing hydrogen from a light hydrocarbon source, in which a synthesis gas is generated by steam methane reforming after desulfurization and optionally pre-reforming of the feedstock. The synthesis gas is enriched with hydrogen by steam conversion of carbon monoxide, and is subsequently purified in a pressure swing adsorption unit to give a pure H2 product and a residual gas mixture containing CH4, CO, H2 and CO2; in accordance with the invention, the conversion step is performed in a cooled reactor in which the heat of the conversion reaction is transferred to a fluid which feeds the burners of the reformer, or to the gas for reforming.

  • Patent number: 11351517
Abstract: A reformer tube for producing synthesis gas by steam reforming of hydrocarbon-containing feed gases, in which a structured stream reforming catalyst is used, is proposed. According to the invention, a heat exchanger tube is arranged in the interior of the structured catalyst, with the feed gas stream flowing firstly through the structured catalyst and subsequently in countercurrent through the heat exchanger tube. This improves the heat exchange between the synthesis gas product stream and the structured catalyst and the feed gas stream flowing through it, especially in the radial direction.

  • Patent number: 10901581
Abstract: A method and system provides for integrating multiple executable applications, including executing a non-browser application and executing a first application within the browser platform, the browser platform including a microservices layer. The method and system includes executing a bridge between the non-browser application and the first application. The method and system displays the first application in a browser window and encapsulates the non-browser application for display in a non-browser window. The method and system groups these two windows such that any adjustments to the browser window is reflected in the non-browser window, assimilating the non-browser application in a browser window. Using the bridge and microservices layer, hotkey commands are further propagated to the browser application.
