  • Patent number: 10354822
Abstract: An electrical switch for an electric power tool. The electrical switch has a contact system that can be switched between an off position and an on position, and having a movable actuating means or switching the contact system. The actuating means comprises a plunger and a contact piece. The contact piece acts on the contact system for the purpose of switching. A coupling element is provided, such that the plunger can be brought into and out of interaction with the contact piece. The interaction is effected such that it is made possible for the contact system to be switched into the on position and the off position by means of the plunger, and for the contact system to be switched into the off position independently of the plunger.

  • Patent number: 8410387
Abstract: An electrical switch for an electric tool with an electric motor including an actuating mechanism which can be adjusted between an initial position and a final position. The switch has a signaling device, which is operatively connected to the actuating mechanism, for generating a signal associated with the adjustment path of the actuating mechanism. The switch has a contact system, with the actuating mechanism having a switching effect on the contact system in one position, whereby the contact system is configured as a spring-action contact system.

  • Publication number: 20120006662
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrical switch, in particular for an electric tool with an electric motor, such as for an electric drill, a hammer drill, an electric screwdriver or the like, with an actuating mechanism which can be adjusted between an initial position and a final position. The switch has a signaling device, which is operatively connected to the actuating mechanism, for generating a signal associated with the adjustment path of the actuating mechanism. Furthermore, the switch has a contact system, the actuating mechanism having a switching effect on the contact system in one position. The contact system is configured as a spring-action contact system.

  • Patent number: 7359628
Abstract: The invention relates to a drive device for an electric motor, in particular for a brushless DC motor in an electrical tool, which is powered by a rechargeable battery. The drive device has at least one power semiconductor, in particular for controllable application of an electrical voltage to the electric motor, a control circuit for controlling the power semiconductor, and a mounting plate which, for example, is in the form of a printed circuit board. At least one portion of the control circuit, in particular electrical and/or electronic components as well as the conductor tracks (which connect the electrical and/or electronic components) of the control circuit, is arranged on the mounting plate. The power semiconductor is arranged on the mounting plate and/or on a mount element, which is mounted on the mounting plate.

Abstract: The invention relates to a drive device (1) for an electric motor, in particular for a brushless DC motor in an electrical tool which is powered by a rechargeable battery. The drive device (1) has at least one power semiconductor (3), in particular for controllable application of an electrical voltage to the electric motor, a control circuit (4) for controlling the power semiconductor (3), and a mounting plate (2) which, for example, is in the form of a printed circuit board. At least one portion of the control circuit (4), in particular electrical and/or electronic components (5) as well as the conductor tracks (6) (which connect the electrical and/or electronic components (5)) of the control circuit (4), is arranged on the mounting plate (2). The power semiconductor (3) is arranged on the mounting plate (2) and/or on a mount element (7) which is mounted on the mounting plate (2).
