  • Patent number: 10538895
Abstract: An implement attachment device for tractors allowing for easy and quick attachment of implements and tools to a tractor bucket along with correspondingly easy and quick detachment of such implements and tools, wherein such device may itself may be readily connected or disconnected to the bucket and while connected may be easily switched from a bottom use-ready position to a top stowed position in relation to the tractor bucket.

  • Patent number: 10191979
Abstract: Graphical data-visualizations can be converted into sonified output. For example, a computing device can detect metadata that describes data points for a graphical visualization. The computing device can generate an interactive interface that is different from the graphical visualization based on the metadata. The interactive interface may include a matrix of cells corresponding to the data points in the metadata. The computing device can detect an interaction with a cell in the matrix. The interaction can indicate that a sonified representation of a data point corresponding to the cell is to be output. The computing device can responsively determine at least two sound characteristics for the sonified representation of the data point using a portion of the metadata describing the data point. The at least two sound characteristics can each audibly represent different aspects of the data point. The computing device can then cause the sonified representation to be output.

  • Patent number: 9786072
Abstract: A geometric plot is generated having at least two axes, wherein a dataset from which the plot will be generated specifies at least one shape for the geometric plot and wherein the plot includes at least one axis having a plurality of discrete, categorical index values. At least one offset value is specified that determines a mapping of one or more shape-defining vertices of the at least one shape to a location that is a fractional distance between two of the discrete, categorical index values, such that a generated set of data specifies a pixel location for each of the shape-defining vertices of the at least one shape.

  • Publication number: 20150310647
Abstract: A computer system where a geometric plot is generated having at least two axes, wherein a dataset from which the plot will be generated specifies at least one shape for the geometric plot and wherein the plot includes at least one axis having a plurality of discrete, categorical index values. Zero or more offset values are specified that determines a mapping of one or more shape-defining vertices of the at least one shape to a location that is a fractional distance between two of the discrete, categorical index values, such that a generated set of data specifies a pixel location for each of the shape-defining vertices of the at least one shape.

  • Publication number: 20140250014
Abstract: A computer system in a money transfer transaction. A request is received from a sender on a send computer to send a money transfer having a send amount. The sender is prompted on the send computer to select one or more parameters associated with the money transfer, the one or more parameters comprising money transfer receiver information including a receiver location. Money transfer fees associated with the money transfer are analyzed for a plurality of receive locations proximate the receiver location based on the selected one or more parameters. A receive location offering a lowest money transfer fee is selected from the plurality of receive locations. The send amount and fee for the selected receive location are collected from the sender. Information related to the money transfer is then stored, including the selected one or more parameters and the receive location, in a money transfer server.

  • Publication number: 20130134073
Abstract: An apparatus for separating fine particles from an incoming stream of solid particles has a chute with openings that interface with respective inlets of a plenum. The incoming stream of solid particles enters the top of the chute. Nozzles direct gas jets into the chute transversely to the incoming stream of solid particles toward the openings. The gas jets blow the fine particles from the stream through the openings into the plenum. The remaining solid particles fall under gravity and exit the chute for further processing or disposal. The fine particles pass through the plenum under gravity and with the gas flow, exiting the plenum for disposal or further processing.
