  • Publication number: 20240067196
Abstract: A method for monitoring driving behavior of a vehicle includes obtaining first information including values related to driving operations of a vehicle based on sensors and obtaining a geographical location or a vehicle type of the vehicle. The method also includes extracting second information including values related to operations of vehicles associated with the vehicle type of the vehicle or the geographical location of the vehicle and determining whether there is a difference between the first information and the second information. The method further includes instructing the vehicle to adjust driving operations in response to determining that there is the difference between the first information and the second information.

  • Patent number: 10576888
Abstract: The child seat alarm is an alarm system. The child seat alarm is configured for use with a child safety seat. The child seat alarm: a) detects when a first person occupies the child safety seat; b) monitors the location of the child safety seat; c) monitors the location of a key fob that is in the custody of a second person; d) compares the span of the distance between the key fob and the child safety seat; and, d) generates an alarm at the key fob should the span of the distance between the key fob and the child safety seat become greater than a predetermined maximum distance. The child seat alarm comprises a CSS sensor module, a fob module, a child safety seat, and a wireless communication link. The wireless communication link establishes a communication link between the CSS sensor module and the fob module.

  • Patent number: 9841802
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for managing wake locks in a wireless communication device. The described methods, systems and devices may enable a wireless communication device to monitor activity of an application for which a wake lock is held. The described approach may manage the wake lock based at least in part on the activity or inactivity of the application. For example, when the application is inactive or has activity below a particular threshold for a certain amount of time, the described approach may determine to release the wake lock.
