Patent number: 12704864Abstract: Pressure control systems and methods are provided that aid in the control of fluidic or pneumatic devices, by improving the ability to control pressure independently and simultaneously on multiple channels, which in turn permits pressure changes on the channels to occur more quickly and more precisely. In order to match rise/fall times between steps on different channels that may be of different magnitudes, various embodiments slow down fast steps such that they match the “default” rate of slower steps, such as by using a step partitioning method or breaking a single step into substeps with a pause inserted between substeps of necessary duration such that the complete step time matches the target step time. The provided systems and methods may utilize a combination of proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control loop and discrete pressure steps to achieve faster, more accurate control over pressure rises and pressure falls.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2023Date of Patent: August 11, 2026Assignee: 10x Genomics, Inc.Inventors: Andrew Kessler, Daniel Horvath, Alexander Kindwall

Publication number: 20160307415Abstract: An apparatus, a system and a method monitor a device within a zone. A head may wirelessly communicate with an emitter and a hub. The device may be secured to the head. The emitter may transmit a signal to define the zone, and the head may receive the signal to detect the presence of the device and the head within the zone. A first alarm may be triggered upon removal of the head and the device from the zone. A second alarm may be triggered upon removal of the head and the device from the zone for a time that exceeds a threshold of time. A key may insert into the hub to deactivate the second alarm.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 17, 2015Publication date: October 20, 2016Applicant: Sennco Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Christopher Marszalek, Daniel Horvath, Andy Reynolds, Rebecca Regan, Dale Russell Liff, Stephen Michael Strom

Patent number: 9460594Abstract: An apparatus, a system and a method positions a cable extending from an alarm system through a housing to face the cable toward the rear of an electronic device to which the cable is attached. The housing has a sensor assembly that holds a light visible through the sensor assembly to denote an alarm condition. A sensor associated with the sensor assembly connects to a corresponding sensor port in the electronic device. A joint attached to the sensor assembly rotates to position the cable. Detachment of the sensor from the port in the electronic device disrupts a circuit formed between the alarm system, the cable and the electronic device to activate the alarm condition.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 2015Date of Patent: October 4, 2016Assignee: Sennco Solutions Inc.Inventors: Jim Groth, Andy Reynolds, Daniel Horvath

Patent number: 9019113Abstract: A circuit, a system and/or a method detect a passive electrical connection and/or an active electrical connection between an electrical device and a power supply. An integrity of the electrical connection between the electrical device and the power supply is monitored to determine if the electrical device may have access to power and/or to determine if the electrical device may be secure while on display. A high frequency AC signal is modulated onto a positive power rail between the electrical device and the power supply. Capacitance circuitry of the electrical device may remove the high frequency signal from the positive power rail. An absence of the high frequency signal on the positive power rail indicates that the electrical connection exists between the electrical device and the power supply. A presence of the high frequency signal on the positive power rail indicates that the electrical connection does not exist between the electrical device and the power supply.Type: GrantFiled: October 13, 2009Date of Patent: April 28, 2015Assignee: Sennco Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Jim Groth, Christopher Marszalek, Daniel Horvath, Kerry Berland, Try Ty, Mark Kmiecik

Patent number: 8985541Abstract: A cable roller, a system and/or a method extend and/or retract a coiled cable. The cable roller, the system and/or the method secure an article to a fixture while allowing manipulation, testing and/or maneuvering of the article with respect to the fixture. A drum attaches to the fixture. The drum has a sleeve that rotates freely with respect to the central axis of the drum. A spring action of the coiled cable rotates the sleeve to extend and/or to retract the coiled cable from an underside of the fixture.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2010Date of Patent: March 24, 2015Assignee: Sennco SolutionsInventors: Daniel Horvath, Andy Reynolds

Patent number: 8395907Abstract: A multi-sensor alarm apparatus, may prevent and/or may deter a theft and/or a removal of one or more articles from a display stand. A base, a main body and a head unit are provided. The base and the main body are secured to the display stand. The multi-sensor alarm apparatus monitors an integrity of the attachment of the main body to the base with a separation sensor. Further, the multi-sensor alarm apparatus monitors sensors connected to the head unit and/or to the main body. The sensors may be removed and/or added as needed depending on the articles to be secured.Type: GrantFiled: May 28, 2009Date of Patent: March 12, 2013Assignee: SENNCO SOLUTIONS, IncInventors: Christopher Marszalek, Jim Groth, Daniel Horvath, Andy Reynolds, Edward T. Patent number: 7714722Abstract: An apparatus, a system and a method secure and/or display a device on a fixture. Additionally, the apparatus, the system and the method attach and/or secure the device and/or a detachable means of the device to the fixture. A housing and/or a cable connects the device and/or the detachable means of the device to an alarm box and/or an alarm board. The housing has an optical sensor and/or a sensor board with a micro-controller and/or a resistor in communication with the micro-controller. The alarm box and/or the alarm board is in communication with an optical sensor and/or the micro-controller via a cable. A power source is in communication with the micro-controller via the cable to control a voltage which delivers from the power source to the device. Furthermore, the cable extends outward with respect to the fixture and/or a retracting means which allows the device and/or the detachable element of the device to be manipulated and/or to be examined by a customer and/or a user.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2005Date of Patent: May 11, 2010Assignee: Sennco Solutions, IncInventors: Christopher Marszalek, Daniel Horvath, Sorin Petrusan, James D.
