Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed relating to building management systems with building equipment servicing. For example, a system can include at least one machine learning model configured using training data that includes at least one of unstructured data or structured data regarding items of equipment. The system can provide inputs, such as prompts, to the at least one machine learning model regarding an item of equipment, and generate, according to the inputs, responses regarding the item of equipment, such as responses for detecting a cause of an issue of the item of equipment, performing a service operation corresponding to the cause, or guiding a user through the service operation.

Abstract: A mobile commissioning device for commissioning building equipment in or around a building includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit includes a processor and memory storing instructions executed by the processor. The processing circuit establishes location of the mobile commissioning device and building equipment within the building. The processing circuit also detects and receives commissioning data from building equipment located within a building zones of the building as the mobile commissioning device moves between the building zones. The processing circuit further stores the commissioning data from the building equipment in a temporary commissioning database within the mobile commissioning device and transmits the commissioning data from the temporary commissioning database to a permanent server.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of eliminating the odor from a malodorous gas, where the odor is due to the presence of a C10 to C18 fatty acid in the gas. An aqueous solution containing at least a stoichiometric amount of a base that reacts with said C10 to C18 fatty acid to produce a salt is sprayed into the gas.
