  • Patent number: 11349339
Abstract: A usage-based cost structuring system includes a computer-executable tool for obtaining, using a power monitor coupled to at least one of a plurality of equipment devices configured in a computing rack, ongoing power consumption measurements of the at least one equipment devices at ongoing intervals. Using the measurements, the instructions may estimate an energy consumption of the equipment device by combining the obtained power consumption measurements over a specified period of time, and determine a cost to be assessed to a user of the at least one equipment device according to the estimated energy consumption.

  • Patent number: 11106473
Abstract: An integrated computing system configuration system includes a computer-based system that when executed, receives component definitions associated with physical components that are to be configured in a portion of a first sub-system of a first customized integrated computing system. Using the received component definitions, the system generates the first sub-system definition, which can be combined with a second sub-system definition to form a first integrated computing system. The system may also combine the first sub-system definition with another second sub-system definitions to form a second customized integrated computing system definition that is different from the first customized integrated computing system definition.

  • Patent number: 10958652
Abstract: An integrated computing system configuration system includes a computing system that executes an application to receive, via user input, a request to provision a component of an ICS, and determine whether the component has been sanctioned for use with the ICS by comparing identifying information associated with the component with a plurality of sanctioned component records stored in a memory of the computing system. When the component has been sanctioned for use with the ICS, the application allows provisioning of the component, and when the component has not been sanctioned for use with the ICS, provisioning of the component is restricted.
