  • Publication number: 20260152210
Abstract: Embodiments herein use a checkout application to summon an autonomous vehicle of a customer who is performing a checkout process. In one embodiment, the checkout application identifies the stage that the customer is in in the checkout process such as arriving at a point-of-sale (POS) system, logging into a retailer application, scanning items, selecting a payment option, completing payment, loading purchased items in a cart/basket, etc. One of these stages can be selected as a “trigger stage” which, when reached by the customer, triggers the checkout application to summon the customer’s vehicle to a designated area (e.g., a lane near the store’s exit, special parking spots, etc.).

  • Publication number: 20250218564
Abstract: Method and apparatus for computer vision-based tracking are provided. A set of images depicting a set of items in a receptacle of a user is accessed. At least a first item, of the set of items, is identified based on processing at least a first image of the set of images using one or more object recognition machine learning models. Based on a mapping, a caloric value of the first item is determined, and nutrition tracking information for the user is updated based on the caloric value. A set of user characteristics provided by the user is determined. In response to determining that the updated nutrition tracking information satisfies one or more criteria based on the set of user characteristics, a notification is transmitted to a mobile device of the user.

  • Publication number: 20170369798
Abstract: An olefin or a slack wax of 10 to 100 carbon atoms is oxidized by mixing said wax with a salt of an alkaline earth metal in an amount to provide 0.001 to 0.03 weight percent of the alkaline earth metal, the anion of the salt comprising 4 to 36 carbon atoms; heating the mixture to 100 to 180° C.; and supplying to the heated mixture a molecular oxygen-containing gas. The oxidation is conducted in the substantial absence of manganese or cobalt compounds. The oxidized wax may be esterified by reaction with an alcohol. The oxidized wax may be used in a coating composition.

  • Patent number: 6195266
Abstract: A slot-type processor and one or more cache modules are incorporated into a vertically oriented, multiple chip module (CM) that is mounted to a printed circuit board. The MCM operates at ultra high frequencies and very high temperatures. Each component of the MCM has a heatsink, a thermal plate, and a series of mounting clips and screws which combine to dissipate heat. The heatsinks and thermal plates generate most of the electromagnetic interference (EMI) since they are not attached or grounded to the board. A series of alignment posts extend from the board and are used to individually and slidably mount each of the components to the board. Each thermal plate is grounded to the posts with grounding clips. The clips maintain contact with the thermal plate through wiping elements. Additional pressure is applied to the wiping elements through a post retaining bracket. The components are fully seated and retained in position with retaining cams.
