  • Patent number: 11918851
Abstract: A steering assembly for a mounted bicycle is disclosed herein. The steering assembly includes a support base and at least one omnidirectional roller assembly extending from a bottom surface thereof. The at least one omnidirectional roller assembly is operatively disposed in direct contact with a ground surface and is structured to facilitate movement of the support base along the ground surface in a plurality of different arcuate and linear paths to accommodate varying trail measurements of a bicycle. The varying trail measurements of the bicycle are defined by varying angles of the bicycle relative to the ground surface during operative use of the steering assembly.

  • Patent number: 11815112
Abstract: An anchor pin that is precisely structured and machined to fit within a internal bore of a spindle rod of a motorcycle steering spindle assembly is presented herein. The anchor pin is configured and intended to provide additional structural integrity to and reinforce the spindle rod in the event of damage thereto or failure thereof. Accordingly, the anchor pin includes an elongated cylindrical shaft with a flared head disposed at one end thereof. The elongated cylindrical shaft includes at least one recessed ring disposed along a length thereof, and at least one resilient o-ring seated therein.

  • Patent number: 11718360
Abstract: A mounting system for a bicycle steering angle sensor is presented herein. The mounting system is capable of being mounted to a steering assembly of a bicycle with an angle sensor coaxially aligned with the steering axis. The steering assembly includes a steering tube, a stem and a headset, such that the headset is structured to provide a rotatable interface between the steering tube and a frame head tube. The mounting system includes a housing defining an interior portion and a bottom mounting portion. The bottom mounting portion of the housing is fixedly mountable to a portion of the steering assembly of the bicycle via a top cap mounting fastener. The angle sensing device is disposed within the housing and at least partially rotatable with the housing to determine an amount of angular rotation applied thereto. An attachment assembly maintains a coupler in a fixed position while the housing rotates.

  • Patent number: 11673018
Abstract: A replacement bicycle stem is disclosed herein. In particular, prior to operation of a bicycle in a stationary environment, the bicycle stem, if present, is removed and replaced with the replacement bicycle stem disclosed herein. The replacement bicycle stem is intended to rotate or turn with the handlebars, but independent of the steer tube and front wheel. More specifically, the replacement stem includes a main body with a mounting channel at one end and a handlebar clamp at another end. At least one bearing is disposed within a portion of the mounting channel for engagement against the steer tube. The at least one bearing allows or facilitates rotation of the stem about the steer axis independent of or substantially independent of the steer tube.
