  • Publication number: 20150129820
Abstract: An extremely compact, trailerable vehicle ramp that utilizes a unique, economical manner of locking the lift and raising the vehicle that is adapted to provide both safety and convenience for the user. The lift can be locked into a horizontal position with the base frame raised so that it can be towed to the desired location, such as a racetrack. Once there, the frame can quickly be lowered hydraulically until it rests on the ground simultaneously effecting the locking of the wheels. With the retraction of a couple of pins the two ramps may be tilted down at the rear and a vehicle driven on it forward until the vehicle's front wheels reach the stops in the ramp tracks. The rear of the ramp tracks may now be raised hydraulically until the ramp tracks are horizontal and the vehicle has been raised off the ground. The rear of the ramp tracks may be locked up. In this position the lift ramp is perfectly positioned beneath the center of the vehicle's frame.

  • Patent number: 8919804
Abstract: An improved trailer hitching system adaptable to quick coupling with both ball and pintel hook trailer couplers without the need to remove the pintel hook trailer coupler. The system incorporates an improved trailer hitch ball capable of meeting or exceeding all the Class I-V trailer hitch ball load requirements and dimensional tolerances yet with enhanced protection against crack development at the ball/ball stem. The ball can be sized for different purposes without being removed from the tow vehicle. It also includes a removable trailer hitch alignment system that can align both pintel hooks and the various sizes of trailer tongues.

  • Patent number: 8366136
Abstract: A horizontally and vertically adjustable Class IV certifiable trailer hitch assembly that has a 16 inch range of 12 vertical adjustments in the most common vertical increments. The main body of the trail hitch assembly, the trailer hitch minus the hitch ball components, has a two part connectable construction of a support member and a ball mount member, each of which can be rotated 180 degrees before connection. In any of these four configurations an optional coupling plate may be utilized.
