Patent number: 8526200Abstract: A connection lug comprises an electrically conductive body, an electrically conductive blade connector extending from a first end of the body, and a cable hole located in a second end of the body configured to receive a cable. A clamping cam in the connection lug may rotate inside of the body and clamp against the cable. A screw hole may be configured to receive a clamping screw. A portion of the clamping cam may extend into the screw hole and insertion of the clamping screw into the screw hole may push against the portion of the clamping cam and rotate the clamping cam into the cable hole.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 2011Date of Patent: September 3, 2013Assignee: Raycap, S.A.Inventors: Douglas Wayne Miller, Konstantinos Samaras, Kelly Rae Richards, Anastasios Fragkos, Daniel Joseph Sullivan, Megaklis Marathias

Publication number: 20120241231Abstract: The purpose of the Self-Generating Hydraulic Power System is to create a power system for use in automobiles other than the gasoline powered engines currently used. This is accomplished by combining two parts, the power system and the hydraulic motor, the combination of which will allow a vehicle to move without the use of petroleum (gasoline) or petroleum based products (natural oil). In part A, an alternator is run by a motor, which is powered by a battery. What is intended is that while the motor running the alternator, and the hydraulic motor (part B) which makes the vehicle move, are taking power out of the battery, the alternator is recharging the battery, creating a complete power system to move a vehicle without the need for gasoline, and that does not need to be plugged in to be recharged.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 21, 2011Publication date: September 27, 2012Inventors: Daniel Joseph Sullivan, Nicholas Anthony Sullivan

Patent number: 7197492Abstract: Apparatus and a method are provided for improving the medical care of patients. The apparatus includes an input device, a medical risk database, a data processor, and a communication device. Data entered in the input device, usually by a health care professional, defines a patient data record. The medical risk database associates certain patient data entered into the data record, which increases the risk of a missed medical care opportunity, with additional medical care to address the risk. The communication device responds to the identification of patient data presenting a medical risk by communicating to a health care professional additional medical care selected to identify and take advantage of a medical care opportunity.Type: GrantFiled: November 2, 2001Date of Patent: March 27, 2007Inventor: Daniel Joseph Sullivan
