Patent number: 11571608Abstract: An exercise device comprises a rigid rod having a first and second ends, a plurality of light sources arranged in a row along at least a portion of an axis extending between the first and second ends of the rigid rod, at least one load sensor for detecting an applied longitudinal force, and a processor coupled to the at least one load sensor and to the plurality of light sources. The processor is configured to execute machine-executable instructions that cause the processor to obtain a signal indicating a magnitude of the applied longitudinal force, and cause a subset of the plurality of light sources to emit light. A ratio of a number of light sources in the subset to a total number of the plurality of light sources represents the magnitude of the applied longitudinal force relative to a reference longitudinal force.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2020Date of Patent: February 7, 2023Assignee: Disruptive Force LLC, Campbell, CAInventors: Nicholas P. Patent number: 11432835Abstract: A system for connection to a catheter to aspirate clot from the vasculature of a patient includes a vacuum console and a canister assembly which can be removably mounted in a mounting region of the vacuum console. The canister assembly includes a clear canister with an interior and an open top. A lid is removably attachable over the open top of the clear canister, and the clear canister has a vacuum port and a pressure sensing port each formed in a wall of the canister. The vacuum port aligns with a vacuum connector on the enclosure and the pressure sensing port aligns with a pressure sensing connector on the enclosure when the canister assembly is mounted on the mounting region of the vacuum console. The clear canister has a filter plate configured to be suspended in the interior of the clear canister at a location mid-way between the open top and a bottom to separate clot from blood as they are aspirated from the catheter.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2018Date of Patent: September 6, 2022Assignee: PENUMBRA, INC.Inventors: Robyn Shaffer, Stephen Pons, Kyle West, Alex Rabkin, Sharice Quan Handa, Robert A. Patent number: 10569208Abstract: Systems and methods for customizing a removable filter in an air purifier. The removable filter may comprise multiple filter types, and the combination and characteristics of the filter types can be varied based on air-quality requirements. In some instances, the composition of a new filter can be determined based on data obtained from analysis of used filters. Additionally, filters can be personalized based on an individual user's health data, geographic location, and regional and local air-quality characteristics.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 2016Date of Patent: February 25, 2020Assignee: SPRIMO, INC.Inventors: Raymond Combs, Chunxiao Han, Daniel K. Patent number: 10507422Abstract: Systems and Apparatus for a personal ventilation system that provides a personalized column of clean air surrounding a user's space is presented. The personal ventilation system includes an air purifier with a fan and an annular gap downstream of the fan. The annular gap has an inner radius that is within 95% of the outer radius. The annular gap structure allows the air purifier to produce a column of air with an entrainment ratio lower than other commercially available fan. At a distance of 1.5 meters, the air purifier is configured to have an entrainment ratio of lower than 40%. The air purifier also has a removable filter located upstream of the fan. The ventilation system is capable of delivering highly-localized filtered air to a user or location.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 2016Date of Patent: December 17, 2019Assignee: Sprimo, Inc.Inventors: Raymond Combs, Chunxiao Han, Daniel K. Harden, Jovan Pantelic
