  • Publication number: 20250079057
Abstract: A permanent magnet includes a magnetic base body that has a direction of magnetization and at least two recesses formed orthogonally to the direction of magnetization. The at least two recesses are formed as cut-outs and run substantially parallel to each another. A first cut-out is formed out of a first side of the base body such that no material bridge remains between the first cut-out and the first side and a second cut-out is formed out of a second side of the base body such that no material bridge remains between the second cut-out and the second side. The first and second cut-outs extend only partially along a width of the base body resulting in a first material bridge from the first cut-out to the second side and a second material bridge from the second cut-out to the first side. The first cut-out is spaced from the second cut-out.

  • Publication number: 20250036470
Abstract: A system prioritizes workflows based on priority levels and calculates an amount of resource consumption associated with the workflows. Each client starts a predefined time period with a certain amount of credits that indicate a degree of resource consumption. Workflows may be run with high priorities using credits. Workflows that are run with higher priorities are scheduled to run before workflows with lower priorities. A degree of resource consumption for running a workflow may be calculated based on resources consumed by the system, such as central processing unit (CPU), memory storage, network usage and elapsed time. The degree of resource consumption for running a workflow may be calculated and converted to an amount of credits and the respective amount of credits may be deducted from a credit balance associated with the client's account. The degree of resource consumption associated with a workflow may be estimated before the workflow starts running.

  • Publication number: 20250029703
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a computer implemented method and to a workflow generation device of generating a patient specific digital workflow of a physical ophthalmic treatment procedure of at least one eye of a patient to be treated. In a processor of a computer system, selection data is received selecting the physical ophthalmic treatment procedure. The processor of the computer system, determines resource data of required resources for performing at least one ophthalmic procedural step. The processor of the computer system further receives patient specific ophthalmic data of the eye; and generates, the patient specific digital workflow comprising a plurality of interrelating digital workflow items using the determined resource data and the received patient specific ophthalmic data.

  • Publication number: 20240430456
Abstract: A method of generating a compressed data stream from an uncompressed data stream with red, green and blue sub-streams of red, green and blue colour values of an image, comprising, for each of a number of sub-interval which together form a time interval: Determining, in each sub-stream, at least N?1 sets of successive equal colour values and run-lengths indicating the numbers of colour values in the sets; and generating a data packet composed of one colour value from each set and their respective run-lengths; which data packet forms the compressed data stream for said time interval. Further disclosed is a projection system using this method.

  • Publication number: 20240430390
Abstract: A method of generating a pixel stream from an image comprised of pixels which each have a pixel value. The method comprising storing the image in a memory; determining, for each of successive sub-intervals, that pixel that is to be displayed by a light beam within said sub-interval; for each of successive sequences of one or more successive sub-intervals for which the same pixel has been determined: retrieving the pixel value of said pixel from the memory once and appending the retrieved pixel value N times to the pixel stream. Further disclosed is a projection system using this method.
