    Abstract: An activator formulation is disclosed for use in making an entertaining slime product. The activator includes water, a glycerol and/or a glycol, triethanolamine and a preservative. Glycols such as propylene glycol are suitable, while glycerols such as glycerin are appropriate. When added to a mixture of water and glue and then manually manipulated, an amusing play gel can be formed safely and quickly.
